Cancellation Policy

Life can be hectic and of course we need to change plans from time to time. However,  when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to take this space without enough time to plan accordingly.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your online booking. This deposit will go towards your payment total on the day.

Cancellations made within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked and your deposit will be lost. The same applies for no-shows. This fee will need to be paid before any future bookings are made.

If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be transferred into a credit on your account to use towards a future appointment.

Cancellations and no shows can really hurt a small business such as mine and I hope that you can understand my need to implement a cancellation policy. I really appreciate my wonderful clients and your continuing support!
